1Sa 13:1-22 Saul reigned one year; and when he had reigned two years over Israel, (2) Saul chose him three thousand men of Israel; whereof two thousand were with Saul in Michmash and in mount Bethel, and a thousand were with Jonathan in Gibeah of Benjamin: and the rest of the people he sent every man to his tent. (3) And Jonathan smote the garrison of the Philistines that was in Geba, and the Philistines heard of it. And Saul blew the trumpet throughout all the land, saying, Let the Hebrews hear. (4) And all Israel heard say that Saul had smitten a garrison of the Philistines, and that Israel also was had in abomination with the Philistines. And the people were called together after Saul to Gilgal. (5) And the Philistines gathered themselves together to fight with Israel, thirty thousand chariots, and six thousand horsemen, and people as the sand which is on the sea shore in multitude: and they came up, and pitched in Michmash, eastward from Beth-aven. (6) When the men of Israel saw that they were in a strait, (for the people were distressed,) then the people did hide themselves in caves, and in thickets, and in rocks, and in high places, and in pits. (7) And some of the Hebrews went over Jordan to the land of Gad and Gilead. As for Saul, he was yet in Gilgal, and all the people followed him trembling. (8) And he tarried seven days, according to the set time that Samuel had appointed: but Samuel came not to Gilgal; and the people were scattered from him. (9) And Saul said, Bring hither a burnt offering to me, and peace offerings. And he offered the burnt offering. (10) And it came to pass, that as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, behold, Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might salute him. (11) And Samuel said, What hast thou done? And Saul said, Because I saw that the people were scattered from me, and that thou camest not within the days appointed, and that the Philistines gathered themselves together at Michmash; (12) Therefore said I, The Philistines will come down now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made supplication unto YHWH: I forced myself therefore, and offered a burnt offering. (13) And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the commandment of YHWH thy Elohim, which he commanded thee: for now would YHWH have established thy kingdom upon Israel forever. (14) But now thy kingdom shall not continue: YHWH hath sought him a man after his own heart, and YHWH hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which YHWH commanded thee. (15) And Samuel arose, and got him up from Gilgal unto Gibeah of Benjamin. And Saul numbered the people that were present with him, about six hundred men. (16) And Saul, and Jonathan his son, and the people that were present with them, abode in Gibeah of Benjamin: but the Philistines encamped in Michmash. (17) And the spoilers came out of the camp of the Philistines in three companies: one company turned unto the way that leadeth to Ophrah, unto the land of Shual: (18) And another company turned the way to Beth-horon: and another company turned to the way of the border that looketh to the valley of Zeboim toward the wilderness. (19) Now there was no blacksmith found throughout all the land of Israel: for the Philistines said, Lest the Hebrews make them swords or spears: (20) But all the Israelites went down to the Philistines, to sharpen every man his share, and his colter, and his axe, and his mattock. (21) Yet they had a file for the mattocks, and for the colters, and for the forks, and for the axes, and to sharpen the goads. (22) So it came to pass in the day of battle, that there was neither sword nor spear found in the hand of any of the people that were with Saul and Jonathan: but with Saul and with Jonathan his son was there found.

Week 2:

Isa 59:1-21 Behold, YHWH's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: (2) But your iniquities have separated between you and your Elohim, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. (3) For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. (4) None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity. (5) They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper. (6) Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands. (7) Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. (8) The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace. (9) Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness. (10) We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noonday as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men. (11) We roar all like bears, and mourn sore like doves: we look for judgment, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far off from us. (12) For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them; (13) In transgressing and lying against YHWH, and departing away from our Elohim, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. (14) And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. (15) Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and YHWH saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment (righteousness). (16) And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. (17) For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance (against the flesh) for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak. (18) According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompense to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompense. (19) So shall they fear (respect) the name YHWH from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of YHWH shall lift up a standard against him. (20) And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith YHWH. (21) As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith YHWH; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith YHWH, from henceforth and forever.

Week 3:

Isa 52:1-15 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the Set Apart city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean. (2) Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion. (3) For thus saith YHWH, Ye have sold yourselves for naught; and ye shall be redeemed without money. (4) For thus saith the Master YHWH, My people went down formerly into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause. (5) Now therefore, what have I here, saith YHWH, that my people is taken away for naught? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith YHWH; and my name continually every day is blasphemed. (6) Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I. (7) How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy Elohim reigneth! (8) Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when YHWH shall bring again Zion. (9) Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for YHWH hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem. (10) YHWH hath made bare his Set Apart arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our Elohim. (11) Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of YHWH. (12) For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for YHWH will go before you; and the Elohim of Israel will be your rearward. (13) Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high. (14) As many were astonished at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men: (15) So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.

Are Your Tools Sharpened?

Pro 27:17 Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.

1Sa 13:20-21 But all the Israelites went down to the Philistines, to sharpen every man his share, and his colter, and his axe, and his mattock. (21) Yet they had a file for the mattocks, and for the colters, and for the forks, and for the axes, and to sharpen the goads.

How Important is it to Sharpen our Tools and Know How to Use Them?

Eph 6:10-18 Finally, my brethren, be strong in YHWH, and in the power of his might. (11) Put on the whole armor of YHWH, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of YHWH, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. (14) Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; (15) And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; (16) Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. (17) And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of YHWH: (18) Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Truth
Righteousness (YHWH's Nature: Love --> Giving)
Peace
Faith
Salvation (Deliverance & Overcoming Power in every situation)
Word of YHWH
Prayer & Meditation

2Co 10:3-6 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (4) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through YHWH to the pulling down of strongholds;) (5) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of YHWH, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Messiah; (6) And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

Luk 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Truth

2Co 6:7 By the word of truth, by the power of YHWH, by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,

1Pe 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of YHWSHUA Messiah (In us)

Righteousness (Manifest the Nature of YHWH)

Isa 59:17 For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.

1Th 5:8-9 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation. (9) For YHWH hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Master YHWSHUA Messiah,

Rev 19:7-9 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. (8) And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. (9) And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of YHWH.

Peace

Psa 4:8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, YHWH, only makest me dwell in safety.

Psa 37:37 Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.

Isa 52:6-8 Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.

2Co 5:18-19 And all things are of YHWH, who hath reconciled us to himself by YHWSHUA Messiah, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; (19) To wit, that YHWH was in Messiah, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Faith

Heb 11:1,6 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (6) But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to YHWH must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Psa 56:3-4 What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. (4) In Elohim I will praise his word, in Elohim I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.

1Jn 5:4-5 For whatsoever is born of YHWH overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. (5) Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that YHWSHUA is the Son of YHWH?

Rom 12:3 -- For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as Elohim hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Jude 20 -- But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most kodesh faith, praying in the Kodesh Ruach,

1 Jn 3:1 -- Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of Elohim: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 3:2 -- Beloved, now are we the sons of Elohim, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3:3 -- And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

Salvation (Deliverance & Overcoming Power in every situation)

Luk 3:6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of YHWH.

Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Messiah: for it is the power of YHWH unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth The Master YHWSHUA, and shalt believe in thine heart that YHWH hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Luk 10:19 -- Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Rm 10:10 -- For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Rom 13:11-14 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. (12) The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. (13) Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. (14) But put ye on The Master YHWSHUA Messiah, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.

Word of YHWH

Mat 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of YHWH.

Eze 11:19-20 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh: (20) That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their Elohim.

Rev 17:17 For YHWH hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of YHWH shall be fulfilled.

Heb 8:7-10 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. (8) For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith YHWH, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: (9) Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith YHWH. (10) For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith YHWH; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them an Elohim, and they shall be to me a people:

Prayer & Meditation

Luk 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

Psa 6:9 YHWH hath heard my supplication; YHWH will receive my prayer.

Php 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto YHWH.

Col 4:2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;

Psa 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O YHWH, my strength, and my redeemer.

1Ti 4:12-15 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. (13) Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. (14) Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. (15) Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.
_____________________

2Ti 2:3-5 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of YHWSHUA Messiah. (4) No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. (5) And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.

(15) Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and YHWH saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment. (16) And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. (17) For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke. (18) According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence. (19) So shall they fear the name of YHWH from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of YHWH shall lift up a standard against him. (20) And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith YHWH. (21) As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith YHWH; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith YHWH, from henceforth and for ever.

Salvation (Deliverance & Overcoming Power in every situation)

Luk 3:6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of YHWH.

Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Messiah: for it is the power of YHWH unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Rom 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth The Master YHWSHUA, and shalt believe in thine heart that YHWH hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (10) For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Luk 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

Psa 6:9 YHWH hath heard my supplication; YHWH will receive my prayer.

Php 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto YHWH.

Col 4:2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;

Everything that I Have Taught You is a Lie...

Joh 18:36-38 YHWSHUA answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. (37) Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? YHWSHUA answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. (38) Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all.

Joh 8:26-32 I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him. (27) They understood not that he spake to them of the Father. (28) Then said YHWSHUA unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. (29) And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him. (30) As he spake these words, many believed on him. (31) Then said YHWSHUA to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; (32) And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Unless YHWH Bears Witness There is No Truth

Joh 5:30-39 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. (31) If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true. (32) There is another that beareth witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true. (33) Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth. (34) But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved. (35) He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light. (36) But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me. (37) And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape. (38) And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not. (39) Search the Scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

Mat 22:29 YHWSHUA answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the [true] Scriptures, nor the power of YHWH.

Joh 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

Joh 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.

Joh 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

1Co 2:9-14 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which YHWH hath prepared for them that love him. (10) But YHWH hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of YHWH. (11) For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of YHWH knoweth no man, but the Spirit of YHWH. (12) Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of YHWH; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of YHWH. (13) Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Set Apart Spirit teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. (14) But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of YHWH: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Set Apart Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Col 3:15-17 And let the peace of YHWH rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. (16) Let the word of Messiah dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to YHWH. (17) And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of The Master YHWSHUA, giving thanks to YHWH and the Father by him.

If We Truly Want More of YHWH We Need to Seek Truth

Joh 4:23-24 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. (24) YHWH is a (<- Bad translation- the letter "a" shouldn't be here) Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Deu 4:29 But if from thence thou shalt seek YHWH thy Elohim, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.

Job 11:7-8 Canst thou by searching find out Elohim? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection? (8) It is as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what canst thou know?

Job 38:1-2 Then YHWH answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said, (2) Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?

Pro 25:2 It is the glory of Elohim to conceal a thing: but the honor of kings is to search out a matter.

1Ki 4:29 And Elohim gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.

Joh 17:17-21 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. (18) As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. (19) And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. (20) Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; (21) That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

Jer 29:12-14 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. (13) And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. (14) And I will be found of you, saith YHWH: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith YHWH; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

The Only Thing That is Truth is YHWH and What He Reveals Unto Us...

Act 17:26-28 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; (27) That they should seek YHWH, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: (28) For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

Deu 29:29 The secret things belong unto YHWH our Elohim: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.

Hos 6:3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know YHWH: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

Joh 7:28-29 Then cried YHWSHUA in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not. (29) But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me.

Joh 16:12-13 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. (13) Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.

Mat 13:9-16 Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. (10) And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? (11) He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. (12) For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. (13) Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. (14) And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: (15) For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. (16) But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

Gen 32:30 And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen Elohim face to face, and my life is preserved.

Psa 105:1-4 O give thanks unto YHWH; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. (2) Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works. (3) Glory ye in his Set Apart name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek YHWH. (4) Seek YHWH, and his strength: seek his face evermore.

The Fallacy of Listening to Others

Mat 17:1-5 And after six days YHWSHUA taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into a high mountain apart, (2) And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. (3) And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elijah talking with him. (4) Then answered Peter, and said unto YHWSHUA, Master, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah. (5) While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

Who are we listening to in our everyday lives?

It was autumn, and the Indians on the reservation asked their new Chief if the winter was going to be cold or mild.

Since he was an Indian Chief in a modern society, he had never been taught the old secrets, and when he looked at the sky, he couldn’t tell what the heck the weather was going to do.

Nevertheless, to be on the safe side, he replied to his tribe that the winter was indeed going to be cold and that the members of the village should collect wood so they would be prepared for it. But also being a practical leader, after several days he got an idea. He went to the phone booth, called the National Weather Service and asked, “Is the coming winter going to be cold?”

“It looks like this winter is going to be quite cold indeed,” the meteorologist at the weather service responded. So the Chief went back to his people and told them to collect even more wood in order to be prepared.

One week later he called the National Weather Service again. “Is it going to be a very cold winter?” he asked. “Yes,” the man at National Weather Service again replied, “it’s going to be a very cold winter.” The Chief again went back to his people and ordered them to collect every scrap of wood they could find.

Two weeks later he called the National Weather Service again. “Are you absolutely sure that the winter is going to be very cold?” “Absolutely,” the man replied. “It looks like it’s going to be one of the coldest winters ever.”

“How can you be so sure?” the Chief asked.

The weather man replied, “Because the Indians are collecting firewood like crazy”

Are we "followers of the pack"? Or do we follow YHWH? Where is our allegience?

Do we listen to the voice of the world?

Or do we listen for that "Still small voice" of YHWH speaking in our spirits?

Jdg 18:4-6 And he said unto them, Thus and thus dealeth Micah with me, and hath hired me, and I am his priest. (5) And they said unto him, Ask counsel, we pray thee, of Elohim, that we may know whether our way which we go shall be prosperous. (6) And the priest said unto them, Go in peace: before YHWH is your way wherein ye go.

1Ki 22:5-8 And Jehoshaphat said unto the king of Israel, Inquire, I pray thee, at the word of YHWH today. (6) Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said unto them, Shall I go against Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up; for YHWH shall deliver it into the hand of the king. (7) And Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of YHWH besides, that we might inquire of him? (8) And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There is yet one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom we may inquire of YHWH: but I hate him; for he doth not prophesy good concerning me, but evil. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.

Isa 30:1-3 Woe to the rebellious children, saith YHWH, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin: (2) That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt! (3) Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.

Isa 30:9-13 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of YHWH: (10) Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits: (11) Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Set Apart One of Israel to cease from before us. (12) Wherefore thus saith the Set Apart One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon: (13) Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.

Isa 65:2 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;

Isa 8:19-20 And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their Elohim? for the living to the dead? (20) To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Isa 29:15-16 Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from YHWH, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us? (16) Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?

1Ch 10:13-14 So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against YHWH, even against the word of YHWH, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to inquire of it; (14) And inquired not of YHWH: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.

Hos 4:10 For they shall eat, and not have enough: they shall commit whoredom, and shall not increase: because they have left off to take heed to YHWH.

We Need to Listen to YHWH's Voice!

Deu 11:13-16 And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love YHWH your Elohim, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, (14) That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil. (15) And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest eat and be full. (16) Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other elohim, and worship them;

Exo 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of YHWH thy Elohim, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for am YHWH that healeth thee.

Deu 28:1-2 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of YHWH thy Elohim, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that YHWH thy Elohim will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: (2) And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of YHWH thy Elohim.

Isa 55:1-3 Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. (2) Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labor for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. (3) Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

Gen 3:8-10 And they heard the voice of YHWH Elohim walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of YHWH Elohim amongst the trees of the garden. (9) And YHWH Elohim called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? (10) And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

1Ki 19:11-13 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before YHWH. And, behold, YHWH passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and broke in pieces the rocks before YHWH; but YHWH was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but YHWH was not in the earthquake: (12) And after the earthquake a fire; but YHWH was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. (13) And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?

Then he answered and spoke unto me, saying, This is the word of YHWH unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith YHWH.

Zec 4:6
